He tries exorcising his fields, and the crows do not approve. Kirsch and Krantz convince Putzmann to plant barley, easy to grow and profitable. While plowing his barley field, Putzmann eyes the forested hillside at the edge of his land, a perfect place to put in a vineyard, or is it?
